Warranty policy
All the HiMedia Models and accessories purchased are entitled to 12 months warranty period.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number request must be submitted to HiMedia no later than 15 days from the date the product was shipped. To request an RMA, register and login to this site and create a New Case explaining the problem you have. If we determine that service is required, an RMA will be issued to you.
Opened box returns for refund are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Freight charges are non-refundable. Products that are shipped on a freight collect basis will not be accepted.

You can assist us in tracking your package on its way to us by entering your tracking information in the RMA form.
Our RMA center will update the status of your RMA from "Issued" to "Received" to "Processing" and finally to "Shipped" under "My Returns" once your return is received and processed.
We will ship back the RMA unit according to shipping address provided in Customer Profile of our support system. Please make sure you provide the valid shipping address in your profile to avoid shipping issue. We will not responsible for any shipping problem or lost for invalid shipping address provided in Customer Profile.
All the RMA replacement main board/main unit will be send back through FedEx delivery and we declare value below than $50 and "RMA Warranty Repaired Item" in RMA Invoice attached.
